The goal of this task is to perform the following actions for an existing account in a technically warranted manner with the goal to ensure no data losses across the firm:
- CONSTRUCT/CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOP your new/existing email filtering algorithm for your business email account;
- ONLY APPLY FOR ONE (1) DEVELOPMENT PHASE to achieve ONE (1) OBJECTIVE ONLY;
- VALIDATE AND VERIFY its effectiveness, efficiency, security, and safety with its performance;
- TEST DEVELOPED ALGORITHM before releasing for production use.
When To Purchase

However, do note that the more intense the supervision (e.g. micromanaging), the longer and harder it takes to develop a successful one. Please balance your supervision.
How can I maintain full access control after development?
By changing your password into TEMPORARY yet STRONG one before handing to us. Once we're done with the development, you can restore your original password back or set a new one. This will entirely remove our access (The point: as long as we don't know your original/new password).
What do you mean by phase and objective?
OBJECTIVE means an outcome effect while PHASE means a stage of iterative
development. 1 objective requires at least 1 phase to achieve. Example:
To filter Person A with algorithm v1.0.0 (1 objective);
Upgrade algorithm v1.0.0 into algorithm v1.1.0 (1 phase);
To filter Person A with algorithm v1.0.0. Few days later, requested bug fixes and algorithm became v1.1.0 (1 objective, 2 phases);
To filter Person A with algorithm v1.0.0. Few days later, add exception for certain cases and algorithm became v1.1.0 (2 objectives, 2 phases);

Why bug fixes are considered new phase?
They are only considered new phase when the bug appeared outside of the
cut-off time/the task was already concluded. Towards the end of the

What if my requirement needs more development phases?
Purchase a subsequent one as long as each purchase fulfills
1 objective and 1 phase.

Can I get a refund if the development failed?
NO. This includes events where the algorithm development failed to
achieve the objective in a particular development phase.
Development means there will be results of failure. Hence, you MUST be prepared to accept both success and failure outcomes before purchasing the product.
How will my algorithm be archived?
We will return a version-controlled archive file (either
.zip) file back to you for
safe-keeping. Please keep it in a safe and private place as you will
need to return it back to us for future upgrades.
Please take note that due to privacy protection concerns, we DO NOT keep a copy at our side. In the event of losing the archive file, we will have to develop one from scratch again.

immediate attentions when you call us for emergency assistances (e.g. when you
are under cyberattack).
You will receive a certificate of audit (with expiry date) from us after a successful setup.
Does your pricing includes service providers' fees?
NO: EXCLUDE. Pricing shown here are our 1-time ZORALab Salut
talent services. You're hiring our talents and knowledge to serve a paricular
tech requirement. We will present the vendor pricing during the quotation stage
for you to gauge the total project cost.
As of 2022, for valid security and legal reasons, nearly all service providers want direct payment connection with their clients. Hence, we can only guide your assigned associate to setup the payment system.
Do I get price discounts after cut-off time?
NO - We DO NOT warrant the completion within the cut-off duration. The cut-off duration is a design to cope with probable uncertainties like dealing with uncooperative or problematic Subject or a natural pandemic event.
What happens after cut-off time?
We will discuss with you on Day-3/Day-4 of the execution. Generally, We DO CHARGE as additional unit purchase for causes due to but not limited to:
your firm internal disputes causing the delay; OR
Subject being un-cooperative and delayed the execution at his/her discretion; OR
your related service providers are causing unscheduled outage impeding the executions; OR
Subject using complicated and unmaintainable methods/processes/technolgies that are unnecessarily time-consuming.

How Do You Approach Your Setup?
By observing and estimate your business operations resources and available vendors. Generally speaking, we will implement based on the following in order:
INTEGRATE - [RECOMMENDED] We look into current industrial grade cloud service providers and integrate accordingly based on your operating budget.
SELF-HOST - We look into available software and self-host the system using qualified cloud infrastructure service providers. Only available if you have local system administrator monitoring the system.
LOCAL BUILD - [DISCOURAGED] Purchase the necessary hardware and we build the software to match your requirement for local hosting. We strongly discourage this method as it set your firm into unnecessary data loss threat. Only available and limited to applicable services.
How ZORALab Executes?
Depending on data nature and technological availability. We generally execute the tasks in the following orders:
COMPLETE-REMOTE - [RECOMMENDED] When data is not critically risky (e.g. invoice files, documents, statements, notes, etc) and your system are accessible across the Internet. We access via our instruments and endpoints.
CONTROLLED-REMOTE - [USUAL] When data is not critically risky and there is a need for your associate to monitor our executions on-the-job. We remote into your assigned endpoint(s) and perform executions.
PHYSICAL PRESENCE - When the data is critically risky (e.g. process technologies, trade secrets, etc) or the task physical nature is not permittable (need physical access). We will physically show up at your firm using your endpoints to get the job done. Additional logistic charges may apply.
